I bring a diverse professional background, having worked across a range of sectors including hospitality and the stone industry. Several years ago, I began my journey into the therapeutic field, initially training and practicing as a holistic massage therapist. During this time, I developed a deep interest in fascia and gained first-hand insight into how trauma can be held and expressed within the body. This exploration ultimately inspired me to pursue further training and qualify as a counsellor.
In addition to my private practice, I work as a Behaviour Change Facilitator for a local charity, supporting individuals who have perpetrated domestic abuse. This role complements my therapeutic work by deepening my understanding of behavioural patterns and the complexities of relational dynamics.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
